Terms of Service
General Terms
1. Commissioning me means that you agreed on my TOS.2. I have the right to decline any commission if im unable to draw it.3. The commissioned artwork is solely for personal use only (with watermark) . Making profits such as mass producing, selling, reposting as promotion or using it commercially will require a commercial fee (without watermark).
Payment
1. Payment upfront via paypal. I will send an invoice on the email you provided.2. I will only start the commission once the full payment or the partial payment is sent. To those who prefer to pay in half, I will only send the finished work after the last full payment is sent.3. NO REFUNDS after I started the sketch.4. If you changed your mind and want to get a refund, inform me first and do not request a Paypal chargeback, I will send the money back to you myself.
Process
1. Sketch > line art > base color > rendering > finish2. Kindly provide a colored reference of your character, even a simple colored drawing helps.3. Feel free to inform me if there are any corrections needed before I start the line art. If the artist made any mistake or forgot to include some aspects, please don’t hesitate to tell.4. 2 minor revisions are allowed, this applies to sketch only. Changing the pose will have an additional fee( +$5 - $20 )5. Turnaround time is 2-3 weeks after the sketch approval.6. I'll send via email the png file and the transparent png after I finished the artwork.✅ Will draw: OCs, pre-existing characters, nekomimi / animal characteristics, minor armors, real people
❌ Won’t draw: nsfw, heavy mecha, old people, furry, detailed background
